How do I get started?
Create an account and add your first project. Every plan includes a virtual node, so you can start connecting a building without waiting on hardware.
How do I order a hardware node?
Order directly from your Novant account. Hardware nodes are listed on the Nodes page in your dashboard, and we can ship directly to your site, or anywhere else.
What if I need to scale up or down?
You can adjust your plan anytime. Upgrade to add more points or projects as your portfolio grows, or scale back if your needs change.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
No. Monthly plans are pay-as-you-go with no commitment. Annual plans offer a discounted rate with a one-year term.
Who owns the data?
You do. Novant is a vendor-neutral layer, not a silo – you can export the complete data set, including points, assets, and full trend history, in a non-proprietary format at any time and without charge.
